Our Hiring Process:

Our hiring process starts with two half hour phone conversations with members of the hiring team. During these conversations, candidates have an opportunity to share their professional experiences and learn more about Ballast and the role.

Depending on the role, the next step in our process is often a skills assessment. This step in the process helps demonstrate how a candidate’s skills align with the responsibilities of the role.

Candidates who progress through the process will complete an in-person or video interview with one or more hiring managers and senior leaders of the organization. Depending on the role, this interview may involve a case study analysis exercise. This interview allows candidates to meet more members of the team and ask additional questions about Ballast.

Hiring Process Timeline:

Ballast aims to complete the hiring process, from the first interview to extending an offer, in 4-6 weeks. We notify candidates of their status in the hiring process after they complete each step. We are always happy to answer any questions by email at info@ballastresearch.com.
